Translation Stage Applications
Energen’s linear slide is currently under development as a one-dimensional linear translation stage system. The components are selected to operate over a wide temperature range, from room temperature to cryogenic temperatures (down to 4K), and the system has many potential applications in positioning optics, semiconductor fabrication processes, and space-based positioning systems that make use of one or more translation stages.
